Julian Bread is a staple in my diet when in Phase 3 and I have even been known to successfully use it while on P2 and still keep losing. If you are new to this bread and dont know what affect it will have on you go slow and try just adding one piece a day. I have been able to eat 4 pieces in a day with no weight gain but, I do my best to keep it to 2 pieces.
